Dominic Devizes has just escaped from prison and is on his way back to the UK to exact his revenge on the man, a British diplomat, who left him to rot. His plan is to kidnap the diplomat’s daughter, Annie, for ransom. But when the time comes the diplomat refuses to pay and goes to the police.
