About the author
My journey has been an extraordinary blend of rock 'n' roll rebellion, military discipline, and scientific innovation.
From my youth shredding bass lines on stage to mixing sound live and in the studio, for rock, blues, and jazz bands. From riding motorcycles way too fast when serving four years in the US Navy, to sending my work to space or deep undersea, I never settled for the ordinary.
As an accomplished manufacturing professional, I was instrumental in adding an apparatus to the space shuttle that improved safety. During that program, I met legendary Neil Armstrong.
Our organization produced miles of cables and sensors buried in the Antarctic ice pack, looking for the elusive Neutrino, and helped plug a Runaway Oil Well in the Gulf of Mexico.
An organization in which I was a senior manager helped find life inside Boiling Geysers and among the Black Smokers in the deepest parts of our oceans. The cameras I helped build have brought the sunken Titanic’s haunting beauty to countless screens.
As a science fiction author, I craft adventurous tales filled with extraordinary circumstances. My multi-generational saga weaves together threats, challenges, and a hint of romance, driven by uncommon sense and resilience, making my stories a refreshing departure from the usual dystopian fare.
My characters’ thrilling escapades through threats of death, kidnapping, sabotage, and espionage breathe life into the narrative, showcasing my characters’ courage and ingenuity.
My storytelling attempts to paint vivid landscapes and captures the spirit of adventure, offering readers an exhilarating and hopeful escape through the worlds of science fiction.
Not dystopic, I believe tales of the future, though challenging, should leave a reader optimistic about that future. These are the stories I write.
