What do you like to do when you’re not writing?
I work full time in a warehouse, moving pallets opening boxes which keeps me pretty busy. But I do love going to the cinema, walking and gardening.
Was there anything you had to research for the book?
In my first book I had to research how long you can live without your heart. I found out it's not long.
What can we anticipate from you moving forward?
My next book will be a crime thriller I already have an idea. I just want to focus on promoting my horror and my children's books first before starting my new project.
Where do you like to write? In a coffee shop? In your home office? On the beach?
I write at home in my front room while listening to Jessica Fletcher in Murder She Wrote on the TV. I can't write without her.
Do you have any personal connection to the story or characters?
My dog Jake passed away in February 2019 he's the reason I started writing. He's in both books, and my inspiration. Writing about him helped me grieve.
